DDSL: 'Reflex' is used at every session by the goalkeepers. 'Reflex' allows them to work on reactions, fast feet &coordination drills. We use the other 'Reflex' we have on the playing surface use Tony McDermott FAI Coach Reaction times in games are set to become faster with the release of this training product.
