Reflex and Rugby

The line-out

4 players take a position on each side of Reflex as the ball is thrown forcing the receiver to catch the rebound by bringing them from a flat-foot posture to a position where he/she is on their toes, ready to move to jump or lift at split second timing.

Drift Defence

Reflex is installed in a vertical position and 2-3 players pass the ball to eachother via Reflex forcing each player to move quickly to right or left to catch the ball. Reflex improves each player and helps as they move of left or right foot to close that gap or make that tackle.
