My name is David, and my team mates @ ISP suggested I tell you a bit about who we are.

I loved playing sports and now I like coaching. Like many others I was a frustrated sports professional who didn't have the neccessary skills to play professionally and so had to work in the real world. People ask how did I get started with ISP?

Looking back to my playing days I always loved training, learning to master a particular skill, practicing constantly at home. I'm like that now with coaching-how can I improve a session for 25 17 year-old players?Yes, they & that can be difficult!

Practicing by myself I needed drills and equipment and as I didn't always have access to particular equipment or it wasn't yet on the market, I had to innovate. Watching my children become bored as the football rebounded on the same spot off a wall brought me back to my teenage years and was the inspiration behind Reflex-there's much more detail on our facebook-that was the start.

Today we work with players, parents, coaches and teachers every day to provide sports products that are innovative, fun to use and improve performance. All the team here coach different sports and are the first to test new products.

If the product doesn't improve performance we change it or ditch it. It might look great, have great features but will it produce a better player or athlete if used?

If the answer is no, we move on.

So please be confident that our products will improve performance and are fun to use.
